I ordered through uber eats and the order took nearly 3hrs to arrive. I didn't eat much of the meal as it was cold and I'd gone past it by the time it had arrived

I would much prefer an accurate wait time when ordering. Website said 45 mins but we waited 105 mins. Food was flavoursome but cold !

I would much prefer on booking to be told accurately how long food is going to take. Website said 45 mins but we waited 105 mins ! Most of the food was cold. Flavours lovely but very disappointed with wait and temperature

It wasn’t a fake order. Why wait 45 minutes to cancel it

We are long standing customers and its with regret that I feel I have to pass comments on our service tonight. We ordered our meal at 6PM and as advertised on your website chose to phone through rather than place the order online to gain 15% discount. This however was not offered or applied as the person on the phone stated it was too late as he had input the order. He apologised saying he should have offered us this but I accepted this as a genuine mistake and was happy to wave the discount. I was told delivery would be an hour and again I accepted this. After 1 hour I called as no delivery and was promised the delivery would be made shortly within 15 minutes. By the time our food was delivered it was 2 hours 10 minutes and cold when it arrived. At no time did you call and offer us any information or reasons for this delay and this surely has to be unacceptable. What should have been an enjoyable family meal turned out to be really disappointing and we are left feeling that your customer service is non existent. All we ask is not to be lied to, to have reasonable expectation that food will be delivered on time,, discounts will be honestly applied and that the Raj values its customers loyalty. Please can you address these issues it would b a real shame if we cant continue to enjoy your food and have any confidence in what we are being told. Lastly please answer the phone it’s a bad situation made even worse when the phone is ignored we know its probably busy but we feel that we have been moved down the pecking order by not having the just eat delivery which I assume is why you sk us not to order online but call instead. Our food arrived in a taxI so there was obviously no chance of us getting it delivered in the normal way another example of us being lied to. Ordered at 18.30. Food turned up at 20.15. The food has all gone I. The bin. The curry tasted of vinegar, the rice is full of lumps. I have just spent almost £35 on a binned meal. I have photos to provide if needed. Will not be ordering again

I was wondering if you can help me please, I live in South Wales, myself and a few volunteers are trying to make Christmas a happy time for the children of our town especially as over the last few months we have been put in lockdown twice. our target is to make this year special even with Covid-19 upon us. by getting volunteers and Santa going around the streets of Senghenydd and Abertridwr valley and deliver goodie bags to the children in the local area (obviously this will have to be social distancing). Is there any way you could help with fundraising towards the bags or a voucher towards our raffle? all funds go towards the children of the Valley we are willing to accept anything and everything as every donation makes a difference.
